Sharon Trafford has assisted me with renovation and maintenance projects for the last 5 years. The properties have been houses in South Auckland, and apartments in Auckland City. I know that I can trust Sharon to do a top class job. She expects nothing but the best from the tradesmen who work for her, and she has an eye for detail which means that the job is done well and on time. When she says she will do something, she does, and she has always been upfront and open about costs etc.
One incident springs to mind: a contractor laid vinyl in one of my properties, before I even saw it Sharon noticed it was not laid straight and called the tradie back in to replace the vinyl at his cost. I was kept informed about what was happening all the way.
I know that Sharon is an investor herself, so she knows what sort of standards a landlord wants, she walks the talk. She is launching an on call property management business, and I would have no hesitation in using her for that, as she is tough but fair with tenants and understands what sort of outcome a landlord wants, aswell as having indepth knowledge of tenancy laws.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Sharon for either maintenance, renovations or property management.
