We don’t make our money by sitting in endless Tenancy Tribunals, we make our money by getting the best Tenants for your property that will pay the rent each week. We want happy Tenants and happy Landlords and we want our business to grow by word of mouth.

1. We will not be bought out by the larger Property Management Companies
2. You will always deal with the ‘owner and operator’ of the business
3. We will actually get off our chair and visit your property
4. We will even introduce ourselves to your Tenants if we have taken over your portfolio from another company
5. We strive on building relationships with the Landlord and the Tenants
6. We do not tolerate Tenants not paying the rent, we sit down with your tenant and talk to them if the rent is in arrears, we then issue a 14 day breach, then we file with the Tenancy Tribunal – we don’t accept excuses
7. We communicate and keep you updated with your properties via email
8. As soon as the rent hits our bank account, we deduct our fees and forward the remaining rent onto you
9. We understand maintenance and will keep you posted as to what needs to be done to your property
What we ask in return is that you are a pro-active Landlord, do not expect Tenants to live in a property that hasn’t been maintained. If you wouldn’t pay to live there don’t expect them to. Your property needs to be maintained on a regular basis just like your car.
